]]>These plans range from the B1 with 1104 square feet to the B5 with 1297 square feet. In the B1 floor plan, the bedrooms are separated by the common living areas. One bedroom is slightly larger with a larger closet. Both bathrooms are accessed through the bedrooms and have linen closets. All plans have patios or balconies and washer and dryer connections.
In the B3, there is a built in desk, an island kitchen, a large pantry and two storage closets. In the B4, bedrooms, bathrooms and walk-in closets are exactly the same size, but no balconies are with this unit. Just like the B4, the B5 has the same size bed, bath and closets, and the difference is there is a balcony with this plan.
In all five floor plans, kitchens include black and stainless steel appliances with lots of cabinet space and brushed nickel hardware. Countertops are granite with under mount sinks and tile backsplashes. Also, several paint colors are available which makes each home unique.
