MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Gramercy on the Park experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At Gramercy on the Park, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Dallas! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, youre more than welcome.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

AMENITIES

Gramercy has covered, garages parking available for residents, so your arrival home from a day in Dallas is even easier. 

Everything you need is right here at Gramercy. Boasting a 24-hour fitness facility, a resident clubhouse, a soothing pool, outdoor kitchens, and so much more, your new home is equipped with all the spaces that make Dallas living so much better. Gramercy is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

In each of our Dallas apartments, you'll find stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher, so you can cook to your heart's content in your kitchen with luxe finishes. You'll also find a washer and dryer in every home to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love. Visit our amenities page and study the photo gallery to see what you can expect while living at Gramercy.

Our Dallas apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

Our applications take up to 72 hours to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!

Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.

Renter's Insurance is required, with a $100,000  personal liability.

We are equipped for AT&T, and Spectrum.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

Water utilities are paid through your resident portal on a monthly basis. Electricity is required to be set up prior to move in, this can be through any 3rd party provider you choose.

At Gramercy on the Park, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

Gramercy on the Park  has an amazing location right at the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and George Bush Tollway.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Dallas Independent School District.

Gramercy on the Park is located in the center of it all! You are a stone's throw away from exciting dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation opportunities. Our friendly office staff is available to assist you with any may have. We can't wait to welcome you home!

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions are addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins. Make sure to bring your valid government-issued ID to tour. We can't wait to meet you!

Your new home will be turn key ready on your move in date. 

Although some noise is to be expected in a urban setting, our community members enjoy little to no noise disprutions. 

Gramercy on the Park is within walking and driving distance to Tom Thumb  meaning you can easily pick up fresh groceries on your way home or enjoy a day with friends surroinded by excellent retail! We are also just a short drive to Galleria Dallas for a real world Class shopping experience!

At Gramercy, there are guidelines as to what is permitted. If you have questions about decoration ideas, call the leasing office for details!

Gramercy does not allow unattended guests or listing apartment homes for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

We want Gramercy to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
