\nFor me personally, I enjoy a lot of the community amenities. My favorite of these is the outdoor lounge with fireplace and TV. Yeah, you have to share the TV if there are other people around, but that’s the fun of it … there are other people around. I appreciate the social aspect of it. For someone with a job that takes up so much time (like me), getting a quick assist in the social scene is wonderful.

\nI generally try to stake out the TV to get a good movie put on. And yeah, I know, everyone has their own opinion on what a “good” movie might be. But I like a lot, so I try not to confine myself to any one area.

\nFor example, I recently saw the new “Star Wars” movie at the Venetian Cinemas<\/a> just down the road. Now I wouldn’t call myself some huge fan, but I really dug it. Movies are my thing, and this was one of the best of the year.

\nBut I digress. For movie fans or fans of social get-togethers (or fans of both), I think Gramercy On The Park is about as good as you might find in Dallas, Texas. Luxury apartments for rent are why we’re all here … and these fit the bill.
