\nOkay sure, a tollway isn’t sexy on the surface of the things. But for commuters, having this road so close matters. A LOT.

\nFor me, I commute to work, sure (doesn’t everyone?). But having this road so close also allows me easy access to my absolute favorite hobby: Mavericks basketball. American Airlines Center<\/a> is a short drive and basically a straight shot on the Tollway, so before you can say “Dirk Nowitzki,” you’re there. And believe me, there’s nothing quite like watching your guys bombing threes and pulling away in the fourth quarter knowing you won’t have to kill yourself trying to get home after the game.

\nAnd yeah, maybe not everyone loves the Mavs like I do. I get that. But a quick drive to the Center is still nothing to sneeze at. They’ve got all kinds of concerts and other events there, so don’t knock the easy drive until you’re in need of it.

\nMe? I take advantage all the time, whether it’s for the Mavericks, work or other. Face it, Gramercy On The Park is convenient AND fabulous. Luxury apartments for rent in Dallas, Texas can try to top this … but for me, the other places won’t cut it. This is as good as it gets.
