As the old saying in real estate goes, “Location, location, location.” And location is one of the many reasons I love living at Gramercy on the Park luxury apartments. Just off the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Turnpike (check out this map), Gramercy on the Park is close to work, food, fashion and fun.
 
Steps my front door is the NorthBark Dog Park, where my pup loves to socialize with the other dogs hanging out and having fun. Right next to the dog park is Kate Jackson Park, with an off road bike trail, picnic tables, a playground and 45.5 acres to roam.
 
If you love to shop as much as I do, this is a great spot to have as home base. A SuperTarget and Costco are both less than five minutes away. Also nearby, the Shops at Willow Bend, where you can shop ‘til you drop at stores including Forever XXI and Neiman Marcus. It was love at first sight for me.
 
Dining in this neighborhood can’t be beat. Love Italian food? Try Maggiano's Little Italy, which serves the best chicken parmesan I’ve ever tasted. Torchy's Tacos is one of my favorite faster-food joints and there’s a location nearby to satisfy my carnitas cravings.
 
Looking for some fun for the family? Check out CooCoos, an indoor amusement park where kids can bounce until they’re exhausted.
